Full Plate Ribs - 4162 Full Plate Ribs are prepared from a Middle (Item 4072) by the
removal of the entire rib plate including the costal cartilage
and sternum in one piece. The rib plate is separated by a straight
cut ventral to the thoracic vertebrae at a specified distance.
The diaphragm and M. transverse abdomisis muscles are removed.
