 |  | Mechanically Separated Pigmeat - 4490Mechanically Separated Pigmeat is produced from deboning machines, which is of a fine texture and is the residue of meat removed from bones after the boning operation. Packs shall not include any portion of head meat or internal organs (edible offal). The program requirements covering the preparation on Mechanically Separated Pigmeat are shown in division V11 of Part 26 of the Export Meat Order's (when packed as export product).
