Tongue Short Cut - 7500

Tongue Short Cut is prepared by removal of the larynx (although the tip of the epiglottis may remain) and tongue root on a straight line directly behind the hyoid bones leaving these bones in the tongue (except the stylopyoid). The mucous membrane between the epiglottis and the tongue (glossoepiglottic fold) is retained undamaged.

• Lymph nodes removed.
• Salivary glands removed.
• Fat removed.
