The Pigmeat Language is based on objective measurements including Standard Carcase Trim definition and 24 trim options on the Standard Carcase conversion factor grid, Hot Standard Carcase Weight, fat thickness at the P2 measurement site, Basic Category and Alternative Category descriptions.
